1. Organize City Planning Teams

• Legislator - represent the citizens of your neighborhood
• Civil Engineer - design public feature to meet need of city and have least impact on environment
• Architect - design public feature to meet need of city and be built to meet code

2. Plan the City: Choose and plan location of a public feature that will benefit the city

• Research 9 possible public features - Chevron Energyville
• Decide which 6 features to build 
• Decide location in the city

3. Design the City

• Sketches of buildings
• Search and experiment with possible shapes
• Research success/challenges in other cities

Create a campaign poster that best reflects the campaign issues.
